#1 Berry Chia Pudding
I love chia seeds because they’re excellent sources of protein, fiber and Omega3.
This “overnight” pudding can be enjoyed as a dessert or breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups berries (blackberries, raspberries or blueberries )
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup granola
Directions:
✅ Step 1
Puree 1 1/4 cups fruit and milk in a blender or food processor until smooth. Scrape into a medium bowl; mix in chia, syrup and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
✅ Step 2
Divide the pudding between small bowls, layering each with remaining fruits, yogurt and granola.
ENJOY 😊
#2 Chocolate Banana Oatmeal
Easy. Simple. Delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ small banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chocolate-hazelnut spread (think of Nutella, but it’s equally delicious with peanut butter or Tahini)
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Directions:
Bring water and a pinch of regular salt to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in oats, reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Top with banana, chocolate spread and flaky salt.
Easy, right?
😋
#3 Strawberry Yogurt Parfait
This deliciousness can be enjoyed not just as a dessert but breakfast too. If you prepare it in a mason jar you can have it as breakfast on the go.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar (you can use coconut sugar or coconut nectar instead of regular sugar)
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup granola
Directions:
✅ Step 1
Combine strawberries and sugar in a small bowl and let stand until the berries start to release juice, about 5 minutes
✅ Step 2
To assemble parfait, layer yogurt and the strawberries with their juice in a 2-cup container. Top with granola.
Yummy 😋
#4 Cinnamon Oranges
I have found this dessert to be more appealing in winter times.
The combination of citrus flavors and cinnamon tastes so festive ❤️
(Personally I don’t add sugar, because I love its sweet, tangy, and tart flavors. But you can try it either way)
Ingredients:
- 4 navel oranges
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
✅ Step 1
With a sharp knife, remove the rind and white pith from the oranges. Cut each into 5 or 6 slices and arrange on 4 plates. Whisk together orange juice and lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Spoon over the orange slices.
Enjoy 😊
#5 Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate
Gosh! This dessert is heavenly delicious and you might not believe me, but it’s healthy!
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces high-quality dark chocolate (I like those with high cocoa content)
- 12 strawberries
Directions:
✅Step 1
Microwave chocolate in a small bowl on Medium for 1 minute.
Stir, then continue microwaving on Medium in 20-second intervals until melted, stirring after each interval. Or place in the top of a double boiler over hot, but not boiling, water (if you let the water boil it can burn the chocolate). Stir until melted.
✅ Step 2
Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate.
Easy-peasy 😁

All my best ❤️
